This is for people who have a family member or friend with a Brain Injury. Learn coping strategies, gain education and support from professionals. It is the first Tuesday of the month at 7 pm. Happy New Year
I hope you have all had a good break and are greeting 2012 all rested and rejuvenated. The Stewart Centre @ EIT started on Monday 23 January. We may have only just started but we are already right into it. All the groups are back into full swing. This week (14/2) the woodwork, art and ceramics groups all kicked off for 2012. Turangi Trip 2011
Every year the Stewart Centre @ EIT goes on an Annual trip to a destination within New Zealand decided by voting. It is a vital part of our rehabilitation. This year our destination was Turangi. Yes, Turangi. Believe it or not there is quite a lot to do in Turangi, well around Turangi anyway. We all loaded the bus and left for Turangi on Sunday morning 2 October.
